Our aim is make Rose Cottage a home from home and features all essential modern comforts:

• Kitchen/diner that was refurbished in 2022 featuring hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and toaster
• Comfy sitting room, with 2 large cottage style sofas, additional snug area with further sofa.
• Freeview Smart TV with access to terrestrial channels, Netflix, Amazon and Apple TV logins;
• Sunny seating area by double doors to garden area, perfect for morning coffee for evening wine!
• Bathroom with bath, shower, WC and hand-basin (Downstairs)
• Shower room with WC and hand-basin (Upstairs)
• Dining area with seating for 6 people;
• Spacious boot room/utility with washer/dryer, microwave and coat hooks;
• Free WIFI

Bedrooms (3)

• (Upstairs) Master bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe, bedside chests and a chest of drawers.
• (Downstairs) 2nd bedroom with king size bed, free-standing wardrobe and chest of drawers.
• (Downstairs) 3rd bedroom, twin beds, very large integrated wardrobe with shelving storage.

 

 

Outside

Back Garden

The back patio garden has a large seating area, a perfect sun trap for breakfasts, lunch or dinner, with a wide patio area running around it.  Shielded from the wind, good sunshine is experienced from dawn until sunset. The garden is enclosed by hedge on all sides which provides much shelter on blustery days!

For outside food and drink there is a garden table and umbrella with chairs for 6 people.  There is also a Weber charcoal BBQ in a dedicated BBQ corner, perfect for cooking up some of the local produce.

The garden is fully enclosed.

 

Front Garden and Driveway

At the front of the property there is plenty of parking for up to 4 cars, with an electric car point.

The driveway is private, bordered by huge hedges and features many flower beds.

As Rose Cottage is at the end of a little known private cul-de-sac with no traffic (and the average speed of driving up the cul-de-sac is slow), it is safe for young ones to play.

• Travel cot, high chair.
• Bedlinen for all beds, it will be changed before your stay and on the friday if your stay extends longer than a week.
• There are towels for the house are provided, please bring your own beach or pet towels.
• Hand towels and Tea towels are provided.
• Central heating and electricity and all water used.
• Free WIFI
